Mr. Barton’s career as a structural engineer dates back to 1996. His project portfolio includes commercial and residential design, bridge design, structural analysis, and damage assessments. Mr.Barton worked for Barter & Associates from 1996 to 2005 before starting Barton & Shumer Engineering, LLC (formerly Barton Engineering, LLC) in 2005.
