Mr. Shumer has more than 25 years of civil engineering experience, including drainage, site design, roadway, and subdivision development. He joined Barton & Shumer Engineering, LLC, as a partner in 2005. He has extensive experience in working with local planning and zoning departments and local and state agencies to obtain permits and approvals for new developments, as well as renovation projects.
The project involved the development of a 30,000 square foot office warehouse for Mingledorff’s, Inc., a HVAC supplier. Mr. Shumer’s responsibilities included design of the site improvements, including grading, drainage, pavement, utilities, and coordination with the permitting authorities.
