HISTORY
Barton Engineering, LLC, was founded in Mobile, Alabama, in July 2005
by Russell Barton, P.E., as a structural engineering firm performing
design, analysis and investigative engineering. In September 2005,
David Shumer, P.E., joined the firm expanding the capabilities to include
civil/site, roadway design and subdivision development. The firm's name
was changed to Barton & Shumer Engineering, LLC, in August 2006.
